Boerne Brand Return Policy
We like to keep things simple, just like our ingredients. If we mess up your order, we’ll make it right. If your sauce shows up busted, we’ll fix that too. But if you’ve already popped the top? That bottle’s officially part of the family.
Here’s how it works:
We’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your product arrived damaged or broken
To qualify:

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Products must be unused and sealed, unless damaged during shipping

You’ll need to provide your order number and a photo of the issue
We cover return or reshipping costs on approved claims. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Every bottle we make is small-batch and big on flavor. Once it leaves our hands and hits your kitchen, it’s yours to ride with. Since taste can be as personal as barbecue sauce at a family cookout, we don’t take returns on opened bottles, but we trust you’ll find plenty of ways to put it to good use.
