Refund policy

Boerne Brand is a small-batch food product. For food safety reasons, all sales are final once the product leaves our facility — we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened bottles.

We will replace, free of charge:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Wrong items shipped (you got Smokin’ Red and wanted Original Green)
  • Missing items from your order

To request a replacement

Email info@boernebrand.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect product. Approved replacements ship within 3–5 business days at no cost to you.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
  • Products ordered by mistake (wrong flavor, wrong quantity, accidental purchase)
  • Personal taste preferences once a bottle is opened

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier on your behalf. Lost-package replacements are evaluated case-by-case.
